Founder
Julie Romano
Julie offers cinematic, impactful visual content alongside branding strategy for movers, conscious creators, and purpose-driven brands. Her work supports clients in expressing their essence with clarity, coherence, and depth. In parallel, she offers embodiment coaching, guiding individuals to feel grounded, present, and authentic in front of the camera, so imagery emerges from alignment rather than performance.
Why did I create Seen & Sovereign?
I created this course to guide you back to yourself : to help you feel at home in your body, confident in your expression, and grounded in your truth. Because when you feel safe to be seen, you don’t just change how you show up in front of the camera, you change how you show up in your life.
The ripples of embodying our purpose is huge!
We steward our values, we stand in our truth, and we cannot be manipulated anymore.
Through my work, I witness that the camera doesn’t just capture an image, it reveals our relationship with ourselves. This course was born from that realization.
In a time where AI, and the political climate is creating more and more confusion, I feel an urgency to guide people into reclaiming their core discernment, through seeing clear. And I believe that if you know how to be true to yourself, in every moments, you will see the truth outside of you.
I created this course because I saw how deeply people struggle with being seen.
In a world where images are everywhere, we are constantly exposed to the camera—but rarely supported in what that experience truly brings up inside us. For many, being seen can trigger anxiety, self-judgment, and patterns of self-sabotage. Instead of feeling empowered, we feel exposed.
By weaving together photography, healing, and inner work, I wanted to create a space where being seen becomes safe… even transformative. A space where you can gently meet the parts of you that resist visibility, understand them, and move beyond them.
This is about reclaiming your presence. It’s about dissolving the masks, the conditioning, and the fear that keep you small, and allowing your authentic expression to emerge naturally.

Mana Mei is professional dancer, performer, and International Leader in the Art of Feminine Embodiment. She is the Founder of Mana Movement- a Holistic embodied movement modality that cultivates the harmonious mind-body-spirit connection through activating the innate Feminine Pathways through the body. Through her life-long studies of classical dance techniques and over 10 years of exploring non-traditional movement techniques, Mana has discovered the immense healing power of movement and is passionate about sharing this wisdom with people all over the world. Mana believes that our bodies are vessels built to explore all of the complexities of the human experience, and by becoming deeply embodied, we can cultivate unwavering inner safety and freedom, and engage in the world from this place, allows us to live in authentic liberation.
Why I am sharing in Seen & Sovereign?
In a world that seems to be moving faster and faster, with more focus on artificial creation, the Art of Embodiment and Authenticity is getting lost. And as a result, we are lost.
So many people in the world have become disconnected from their unique and authentic voice. We are diminished to algorithms that favor generic trends and fads, and our ability to stay anchored and confident in our unique gifts and expressions becomes challenged.
But with our loss of authenticity, comes our loss in feeling satisfied, in purpose, and in love with the life we are creating.
The courageous act of allowing ourselves to be truly SEEN in our unique authenticity and sovereign expression has become incredibly important, not only for our own individual happiness in life, but also for the greater harmony of humanity.
Each one of us has a unique gift, a thread of light that is only ours, and is an important part of the collective tapestry we weave together as a human kind. Without each of our lights shining bright, our tapestry becomes dim, weak, and unable to hold the bigness of the human experience.
We must each have the courage to step forward and feed our flames of passion and inspiration. To create from Heart and allow ourselves to be truly seen.

Diana Paez
Diana Paez is an artist, author, and student of Mayan cosmology. Since 2020, she has studied the Cholq'ij — the 260-day sacred calendar of the Maya — under the guidance of initiated wisdom guides. Her work is a living study and revelation of Mesoamerican ancestral cultures and the spiritual sciences of the K'iche' people. Through Walking the White Road, she publishes daily energy readings, leads study groups, and guides ritual practice — building a body of work that helps others live in conscious relationship with natural law. Her conviction is simple: ancestral sciences are not history. They are living ways of life that bring us into a deeper relationship with life and with Cosmic Order.
Why I am sharing in Seen & Sovereign?
I'm here for the ones who feel the edges of modern conditioning pressing in — who sense that prosperity is something deeper than money, that discipline can be joyful, that who they truly are exists outside of what they were taught to perform. We were handed a story that made us small — a speck in a universe that doesn't need us. Mesoamerican ancestral science says something entirely different: that our consciousness is what makes the Universe possible.
I'm delighted to meet those who are ready to receive a different perception of life — one rooted in cycles, in the Earth, in the human being's capacity to shape reality. My work exists for those ready to rise from the inferior places that the Western story left us in, to remember a more sovereign way of seeing, and reveal what was always there.

Guest Speaker
Autumn Reeser
Acting came into my life as a clear calling when I was six years old and my parents took me to see my first play in the small surf town of Carlsbad, California. I fell in love with the idea of transforming, begged to audition for the next one, the jumping off point for a lifelong love-affair with art, musical expression and exploration of the human character and psyche. n recent years I’ve also stepped into executive-producing, as well as writing and directing additional projects for stage and screen. My passion is telling stories that inspire, elevate & transform.
